Speciality: Working with adults with a range of difficulties including anxiety, panic, phobias, depression, low self-esteem. I also specialize in treating low mood and anxiety linked to a range of health conditions including chronic pain, stroke ,cancer and medically unexplained conditions.

I have over 20 years experience of working in the NHS with adults with a range of psychological difficulties such as depression, anxiety, postnatal depression, family difficulties ,worry and coping with health conditions . I can also provide psychological support for neurological conditions such as stroke, M.S and mild-moderate memory problems.
I am a chartered Clinical psychologist and am registered with the Health Care and Professions Council. I work in a professional and empathic style to support individuals to explore concerns that are important to them and find solutions.
I have experience of using a range of treatments and can work to help individuals make changes within a short time frame. I draw upon a number of treatment models including Cognitive behavioural therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and mindfulness models.
