Joan is a registered member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA). She is experienced in working with acute physical and emotional issues She is trained in Somatic Trauma Therapy; supports students on the Anatomy and Physiology course; Tutor assistant on the Cst training with the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust (CTET) and is a Coordinator and Supervisor of students in training at the CTET teaching clinic – The Healthy Living Centre.

She has extensive experience working with mothers and babies, children, women in pregnancy. And is a qualified breastfeeding counselor, and Doula. Assistant tutor on the Mother & Baby Craniosacral therapy training with Sarah Nesling and Penel Lee.

Craniosacral Therapy has a gentle and non-invasive way of working. Because it supports your body’s innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself, as well as helping to reduce stress and build your underlying energy. CST is used to aid many commonly occurring health complaints and conditions. During a session you may feel calm and energised, with increased clarity of mind and a feeling of well-being.
