I am a Counselling Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, my purpose is to help you to work through your difficulties and achieve your goals. I am fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, chartered with the British Psychological Society and accredited with the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies. I have substantial experience in working with a full range of difficulties associated with anxiety and depression, this includes adult survivors of childhood trauma, stress and grief.
Due to my wide range of training, I am skilled at working with a number of therapeutic approaches and can cater my approach to reflect your needs. I am trained in CBT, Existential, Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Bereavement approaches. I believe that you are an expert in your own life and my aim is to come along side you to support you in addressing difficulties that may prevent you from living the life you want while also helping you to identify your qualities and achievements.
I offer both time limited and open ended therapy.
I am also available for clinical supervision in individuals and groups.
Session fees: £80 individuals, £100 couples
