My Counselling, Psychology Theoretical Approaches
I offer Counselling, Psychology Services for these Issues
I use counselling and coaching methods when working with clients to enable insight and recovery through understanding, acceptance and action. Our sessions may involve using therapies to help consider your personality traits and related feelings and behaviours. However on a deeper level it is important to understand how day to day moods (states) affect you too. Understanding these aspects of yourself and where they spring from can be empowering, freeing you from illogical barriers and helping you to understand the impact you are having on yourself. This is as important as recognising the effect you have on others or them on you in different situations. It is the starting point to considering the situation you are in and what you can do about it.
A deep understanding is essential – that is breaking down the problem and isolating specific aspects into manageable stages that we can tackle – with definite goals.
