I have a very friendly and professional approach and aim to achieve the dietary goals of my patients to optimise health & well-being.
I have been working as a clinical dietitian for the past 7 years in various settings across the UK. I graduated with a BSc in Dietetics in 2003 at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.
I am registered with the Health Professions Council & British Dietetic Association (BDA). I completed BDA accredited courses in paediatric dietetics and hold a diploma in psychology.
I am currently in process of completing my Masters degree in Nutrition. My research project is titled: ‘Feeding problems and current dietary practices in children with autism spectrum disorder in England’ – the study features on the National Autistic Society’s website. As part of my MSc course, I completed modules in food allergies, oncology and sports nutrition. Besides my private work, I also hold a post as a paediatric dietitian for the NHS in Enfield.
Patients may be referred to me by their GP or Consultant/ Specialist practitioner. I have full BUPA & AXA PPP health insurance accreditation. Patients/ clients may also self refer by completing the referral form at Lily House reception, or alternatively email me.
My sessions are £85 for an initial consultation (1-1.5hrs) and £65 for a follow up visit (45mins).
